Postage, Delivery & Product Availability

UK Postage / Delivery

All orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class post. We DO NOT CHARGE for postage and packing (P&P) when you spend over £30.

If you spend under £30, we will charge a nominal fee of £3.50 to cover Post and Packing costs.

If received by 12pm, orders are dispatched on the same day. Otherwise orders are dispatched the following day.

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders are welcome and accepted from the USA ($) and all Euro-zone (€) countries. However, to compensate for higher delivery costs, we have to charge the following:

Orders of £49.99 and under:	£5.00
Orders of £50.00 and over:	£8.00

Please add the relevant amount to your order when completing your paypal order. If you are unsure how to do this, please feel free to contact us.

Overseas deliveries will take longer than UK deliveries. We will endeavour to post them as soon as payment has cleared. However, delivery times will be at the discretion of the customers local postal service.

Product Availability

The following table explains the terms used to describe our product availability on each product page:

In Stock:	We have this trick in stock and can post it to you on the day or order or the day after depending on when you placed the order.
Currently Out of Stock (Awaiting Delivery) [a]:	We are expecting an order delivery shortly and will post in 5-10 days. Most of our stock comes from the US.
Order on Demand [o]:	This product is ordered on demand. As soon as you place your order with us, we will order from our supplier and send you an email confirming how long the product will take to deliver. We will aim to send it to you in 7-10 days. This is only for very high value items.
Product Discontinued [d]:	This product is no longer available from our supplier and we have run out of stock.
